We have automated and refined the Support system by allowing you to submit a ticket via our Client Area or through your favourite Email application. Either way, the system will catch and import all the support requests, for a more unified support solution.
Just open up your favourite Email application, send us an email to support[ at ]unihost.co.za or use the Ticket system in the Client area. Whichever way is more convenient, we don't mind, we've got you covered. ;-)
Once you get a reply, you can either reply by clicking on the reply button in your email or you can follow the link to the ticket in the client area and reply from there, whereafter it will all be collected into one convenient, easy to read support ticket (that is if you don't change the ticket number of course). Just another way we've set out to improve the service of our support department.
